Short bio
Mr. Vijay is an Assistant Professor at ICFAI Law School, The ICFAI University, Jaipur, with academic and research interests primarily focused on Constitutional Law, Election Laws, Criminal Law, and related areas of public law. His academic qualifications include BBALL.B. (Hons.), LL.M., UGC-NET, and he is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Election Laws. His LL.M. specialization is in Tort and Crime, while his doctoral research focuses on the Election Laws and is UGC NET Qualified. Mr. Vijay has actively contributed to the field of legal research through research papers published in national and international journals and has participated in various national and international conferences, seminars, workshops, and Faculty Development Programs (FDPs). He has also demonstrated significant experience in academic event management and professional development activities. In 2026, he served as a faculty convener of the Shri N. J. Yasaswy 4th Memorial Moot Court Competition, organized by ICFAI Law School, Jaipur. Beyond teaching and research, Mr. Vijay contributes actively to student development and institutional administration. He is in charge of the Sports Club at ICFAI Law School, Jaipur, and is also a member of the Discipline Committee and Human Rights Centre of the institution.
