Dr. Tanmay Agrawal is an Assistant Professor of Law at ICFAI Law School, Jaipur, with extensive academic and research experience specializing in the regulatory framework of Artificial Intelligence, Intellectual Property Rights, and allied legal areas. He holds a Ph.D. from Barkatullah University, Bhopal, an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights from Gujarat National Law University, and a B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from National Law University Odisha, Cuttack. He has previously served at ICFAI Headquarters in Hyderabad, Jagran Lakecity University, and Unitedworld School of Law, Karnavati University. He is a certified national trainer, soft skills coach, and has numerous international and national publications, patents, design grants, and books to his credit.
