Dr. Shweta Jain is Director and Professor at ICFAI Business School (IBS), The ICFAI University Jaipur, an educationist, academic administrator, and human resource development specialist with over 24 years of experience spanning classroom teaching, institutional leadership, corporate training, and applied research. Her academic formation spans computing, human resource management, and organisational training. Over more than thirteen years at IBS Jaipur, she has progressed from Assistant Professor and Academic Coordinator through the role of Dean to her present position as Director and Professor. Her professional identity rests on four interlocking competencies: academic administration, human resource and organisational behaviour scholarship, large-scale corporate and academic training facilitation, and industry engagement through placement and outreach activity.
