Short bio
Dr. Shivangani Rathore is an academician and institutional leader at IBS Jaipur, with extensive experience across management education, academic administration, research and doctoral supervision, institutional governance, industry–academia engagement, editorial leadership, and student development. In her roles as Associate Dean – IBACO, Deputy Academic Coordinator (MBA), SIP Generation Coordinator, Faculty Editor of Prowess, and Student Activity Coordinator, she has contributed to academic quality, institutional outreach, corporate engagement, and the development of a vibrant student-centred learning environment. Her teaching portfolio spans the MBA, BBA, BBA (FinTech), B.Com (Hons.) and Ph.D. programmes, covering Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Analytics, Performance Management, Organization Development and allied management disciplines. Her academic approach integrates experiential learning, case-based teaching, management simulations, role plays, action learning, and technology-enabled pedagogies to strengthen conceptual understanding and professional readiness.
