Dr. Mansi is an Assistant Professor in HRM at ICFAI Business School, The ICFAI University, Jaipur. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from the Central University of Rajasthan, Ajmer, and has qualified UGC-NET/JRF in Commerce. Her research interests include HR Analytics, Psychological Capital, and Workplace Outcomes. She has published multiple papers in Scopus-indexed, WoS indexed, ABDC indexed and peer-reviewed journals, holds a patent in HRM predictive analytics, and has presented research at various prestigious national and international conferences.
