Kapil Dev Raghuwanshi

Kapil Dev Raghuwanshi is an experienced Computer Science & Engineering academician and researcher with 15+ years of professional experience in teaching, research, academic administration, student mentoring, and technical training. He is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at IcfaiTech, The ICFAI University, Jaipur, where he also serves as the Department Time Table Coordinator, contributing to academic planning, scheduling, laboratory coordination, and effective resource utilization. He holds a B.E. and M.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering and is pursuing his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Indus University, Ahmedabad. His areas of teaching and academic interest include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Networks, Data Structures & Algorithms, Compiler Design, and Object-Oriented Programming. His research interests focus on Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning applications in healthcare, particularly medical image analysis and myocardial ischemia/coronary artery disease assessment using SPECT myocardial perfusion imaging. He has published research work in Springer, IEEE Xplore, and international journals, covering AI, machine learning, deep learning, medical image analysis, IoT, cybersecurity, and cloud computing. He is also an author/co-author of academic books covering Information Technology, Python Programming, Computer Networks, and Digital Forensics. He has contributed to a published patent and has guided 47 B.E. major and minor projects, supporting students in developing technical and research-oriented solutions. Throughout his academic career, he has undertaken several leadership and coordination responsibilities, including Deputy Director – Placement & Industry Collaboration, project coordinator, skill-development coordinator, academic event coordinator, examination responsibilities, ERP coordination, and student training initiatives. He has conducted technical training and expert sessions in C/C++, Java, Cybersecurity, Web Technologies, and Programming. He holds professional certifications including Oracle Certified Foundations Associate – Java and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations Associate. He has actively participated in numerous AICTE-ATAL and Faculty Development Programs covering Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, IoT, Generative AI, and emerging technologies.
